OpenRouter favorites

Gemini 1.5 is retired on OpenRouter — Flash and Pro here are the current Gemini line. Jev Router is optional (Jev picks which LLM answers). Desk routing and tool gates always use TypeSafe Jev 1.13 in the background when this OpenRouter key is set.

OpenRouter free (optional)

$0 OpenRouter models. Not the default — pick Free router (openrouter/free) or a named :free model only when you want them. Free models can be slower, rate-limited, or log prompts.

On Railway pick OpenRouter — one key, every major model (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama, Grok). Ollama Cloud is the fallback if you only want Ollama's catalog. Local Ollama at 127.0.0.1:11434 only works on the Mac. When the selected provider is reachable, the office badge turns Live and Demo stays off. Jarvis's spoken voice is separate — pick a Fish Audio library voice under Settings → Voice.

Railway · OpenRouter (recommended)

Create a key at openrouter.ai/keys. Put it in Railway as OPENROUTER_API_KEY, or paste it in the OpenRouter row below.
Set Active provider to OpenRouter. Base URL stays https://openrouter.ai/api/v1.
Pick a favorite (Gemini Flash / Pro, Qwen, DeepSeek, or optional Jev Router) or any other OpenRouter id, then Save. Optional: pick Free router (openrouter/free) or a :free model for $0 inference — that is never the default. Click Test — the header should read Live · OpenRouter.
Ollama Cloud is optional: key at ollama.com, base URL https://ollama.com/v1. Local Ollama only works when this app runs on the Mac.

Keys are stored locally in data/secrets.json (gitignored) or read from env. Nothing is committed.
